The workshops mapped key issues, generated a discussion about the challenges and opportunities of the EU tourism ecosystem linked with the following three topics:
The result of the workshops was a set of ‘action points’, which were presented and discussed at the plenary session of the Convention.
Each workshop gathered up to 30 participants, including representatives of the EU institutions, representatives of public authorities, European associations of the tourism and travel industry, international organisations, academics, as well as other relevant stakeholders.
